How it runs

You own the subscription and the data. Your existing identity system. Australian data residency. Every agent has its own identity, a boundary and an audit trail. Standard cloud line items your procurement recognises. A human is always in command.

Background

Two decades on the Microsoft platform, most of it embedded with customers in regulated and safety-critical environments: federal government, Tier 1 property, civil construction. Governance is hard in those places, so good tools tend to arrive late. Getting them there properly is the part I enjoy.

Recent work: a Power Platform Centre of Excellence built from zero to self-sustaining at full ISM and IRAP compliance, which persisted after I left. Agentic AI from proof of concept to live workflow in one week for a safety-critical construction process, now in design and build for production. Contractor lifecycle portals and executive reporting platforms across Tier 1 property.

BTR OS: a complete governed build-to-rent operations platform, built solo end to end to prove the method. A reference build. No paying customers and no live operators.
