I am James Park, founder of ARK360, an AI-native development studio based in Canberra and Sydney. We build intelligent, governed enterprise systems: workflow software, integrations, and agentic capabilities for teams that need production outcomes, not prototypes.

I have spent twenty years helping enterprise teams adopt each new wave of development abstraction, from .NET and SharePoint, through Power Platform and OutSystems low-code, to AI-native agentic development. I ride the wave first, then guide conservative organisations across it.

My background spans solution architecture, hands-on delivery across the Microsoft stack and OutSystems, and product ownership in federal government (ISM and IRAP), Tier 1 property and construction, and safety-critical environments. I have shipped production agentic AI into a live safety-critical workflow, and built a Power Platform Centre of Excellence inside a federal agency at full ISM and IRAP compliance.

Recent work

  • A production AI agent on Azure for safety-critical construction, with ISM PROTECTED data sovereignty, taken from proof of concept to production in one week.
  • Sentinel OS, a governed operating layer for build-to-rent property, rebuilt on .NET Aspire.
  • The Microsoft ISV Success program, with Azure credits and a Marketplace SaaS offer in progress.

I am building Sentinel OS, a governed platform for build-to-rent property, and ArkOS, an open governance framework for spec-driven, agentic software development with CI-enforced gates.

Sentinel OS: Build-to-Rent Property Platform

2026–Present

A governed operating platform that runs a build-to-rent building end to end. Residents open doors, manage visitors, pay rent, book amenities and complete move-in from one app, while operators run access, leasing, payments and resident services from a single console. Governed access control is live today and the wider platform is in active build, with every action a role-scoped, audited tool, so the platform is ready for Sentinel, an AI agent that does the same work by chat and voice.

AccessFit 24/7: Gym Access Control

2025–Present

A membership and access platform for 24/7 unstaffed gyms. Members unlock doors from their phone over BLE, NFC and handsfree, memberships and payments run on Stripe Connect, and access is granted or revoked automatically as billing changes. It spans a web and admin app, a Flutter mobile app, and native access integration, rebuilt with agentic development from a stalled codebase to a live pilot.

A mobile workforce access and compliance platform for a major civil construction program. It onboards workers, tracks competencies, and controls site access on OutSystems ODC, with access approvals flowing through ServiceNow. A Task Hazard Review AI agent and a licence management portal extend it for safety and cost control.
