What the kit does
Field evidence, structured before the boots are off.
- Inspections and condition evidence
- Walk the site with a phone. Photos and voice notes come back as a structured report with location, job tag and the follow-up drafted for a person to release.
- Defects and quality records
- Capture a defect once, in the field. The kit files it against the lot, the trade and the stage, ready for the person who signs it off.
- Site diaries and progress records
- The day's evidence organised into a diary entry the supervisor edits and owns, instead of an evening of typing from memory.
- Contractor works verification
- Before-and-after evidence tied to the work order, so a claim is settled by the record rather than a phone call.
- Handover and make-good records
- Condition captured room by room, structured the same way every time, held on hardware you own rather than a subscription.

- You own the hardware
- The appliance and the evidence on it are yours. Hardware is passed through at or near cost, separate from the services fee.
- A person stays in command
- The kit prepares and structures. A person releases what matters. Nothing goes out unattended.
